BUILDING SURVEYORS - LONDON, ENGLAND

GROSVENOR HOTEL - HYDE PARK CENTRAL LONDON -  A project to modernise and provide apartment space in a working hotel environment. The crowning feat was to install a glass roof on the existing atrium space within very tight tolerances.

EUROPE HOUSE - ST KATHARINES DOCK - TOWER HILL.  A modern office development replacing the previous World Trade Centre adjacent to the Tower in the historic heart of London.

CENTRAL LONDON   - Field Surveyors are working on numerous buildings including heritage buildings re-worked with modern office space.

Field Surveyors provide or maintain main site grid control for all contractors to work from as well as monitoring the positional quality of following trades.
